Your session, demystified

Less clinical rush. More room to breathe.

From the first conversation to the gradual return to normal pressure, every step is explained and personally guided.

Mild hyperbaric oxygen

What happens inside the chamber?

The chamber is gradually pressurised up to 1.5 ATA. While resting inside, you breathe oxygen through the provided mask or cannula. The experience is non-invasive, and you can communicate with the operator throughout.

The most noticeable physical sensation is often pressure in the ears, similar to an aircraft changing altitude. We show you simple equalisation techniques before starting.

Your first Neshora experience

A conversation first

We learn why you are exploring Neshora, discuss what the experience can and cannot do, and answer your questions.

Screening and consent

You complete the required health declaration and safety checks. Certain circumstances may require clearance from a medical professional.

Prepare comfortably

We explain permitted items, oxygen delivery, communication and ear-pressure equalisation before you enter.

Gradual pressurisation

The pressure increases slowly while the operator monitors you. You remain in control and can communicate if you feel uncomfortable.

Rest and breathe

Settle in, switch off from the outside world and use the session as intentional recovery time.

Return and reassess

The chamber gradually returns to normal pressure. We check in on your experience and discuss an appropriate next step without pressure.

Worth knowing

One session is an experience. Recovery is a practice.

Individual experiences vary. Neshora does not promise a specific result or replace medical treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sleep, nutrition or appropriate training.
