Confidence starts with clarity
Your wellbeing comes before the session.
Mild hyperbaric oxygen is not appropriate for every person in every circumstance. That is why Neshora starts with screening, consent and honest expectations.
Our approach
No screening. No session.
Every client must complete the required health declaration and consent process. Answers that indicate additional risk may require medical clearance before participation. Information should be updated whenever health circumstances change.
Tell us what matters
Share relevant health conditions, recent procedures, medications and changes honestly.
Pause when necessary
We review your responses and do not proceed when screening or clearance requirements are unresolved.
Stay connected
The operator remains available throughout pressure changes and the session.
Responsible expectations
Wellness support—not a medical promise.
Neshora does not diagnose disease, guarantee recovery, promise injury healing or replace a doctor, physiotherapist, rehabilitation plan or emergency care. Experiences differ from person to person.
If you are recovering from surgery or injury, have an active medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether pressure exposure is appropriate, discuss participation with a qualified medical professional.
During the session
What you remain able to do
- Communicate with the operator
- Report discomfort immediately
- Use taught techniques to equalise ear pressure
- Ask for the pressurisation process to pause
Common questions
Clear answers before you decide.
Is mHBOT suitable for everyone?
No. Suitability depends on personal health circumstances, which is why screening is required. Some people may need medical clearance, while others may not be suitable for a session.
What does the pressure feel like?
Most people notice pressure in their ears during compression and decompression, similar to changing altitude in an aircraft. We explain equalisation techniques before beginning.
Can mHBOT replace rehabilitation or medical treatment?
No. Neshora is positioned as a complementary wellness experience. Continue following the advice and treatment plan of your qualified healthcare professionals.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Individual experiences and outcomes vary. We provide clear information and a managed experience without promising a particular result.
What may I take into the chamber?
Phones, smartwatches, tablets and laptops are permitted under Neshora's current chamber protocol. The operator will confirm the applicable safety rules before every session.
